West Ham are ready to offer Dan-Axel Zagadou a big package in order to tempt him into a move to the London Stadium this summer.
That’s according to a report by Italian publication Gazzetta dello Sport who claim Roma and Manchester United also want to sign the 23-year-old.

West Ham boss David Moyes has been constantly linked with a decision to bring Zagadou to the club (Calcio Mercato Web).
And it has been suggested that the Frenchman wants to move to the Premier League.
Moyes is in desperate need of signing a top-class…and fast centre-back.
Issa Diop has been sold to Fulham while Nayef Aguerd is injured. Meanwhile, Angelo Ogbonna is far from in top form.
And it looks like Moyes is ready to make a move for a true elite defender…
West Ham ready to splash cash on Zagadou
Gazzetta dello Sport claim the Hammers are ready to offer ‘a lot of funds’ to put them in pole position for signing Zagadou.
He’s available on a free transfer this summer, which likely means salaries, signing fees and possibly agent fees as well.
Let’s hope the Hammers manage to win the race for his services – he’s such a good centre-back.
He made just 15 Bundesliga appearances for Borussia Dortmund last season, but make no mistake, he really is an outstanding defender.
BVB’s official website describes the centre-back as an ‘incredible’ player.
Standing at 6ft 6in tall, Zagadou is strong in the air but he is also fast on the ground.
The Dortmund ace is also very good with the ball at his feet. In 15 league appearances last season, he averaged 60.2 passes per game and recorded an incredibly impressive 88.2% completion rate (Who Scored).
He’s also left-footed – a crucial attribute for any defender David Moyes brings in this summer, as it means he can also play at left-back if needed.
There is, however, a huge red flag for West Ham to consider… the 22-year-old’s horrific injury record.
Since 2018, Zagadou has missed 563 injury days (Transfermarkt). Most of his issues were with his knee and he recently underwent surgery to fix that particular issue.
His availability on a free transfer means he will be a low-risk signing for the Hammers, despite his recent injury struggles.
We would absolutely love to see Moyes bring Zagadou to West Ham this summer.
