The plan to open an American-style restaurant in Kilmarnock has been revived.
Proposals submitted in April this year emerged for Western Road but were withdrawn in July.
Now plans have been proposed again for a roadside restaurant and landscaping unit on the busy road.
Lakeside Landscapes expansion plans also show the desire to build a new garage and parking lot.
New proposals indicate that initial plans were halted earlier this year after the claimant said East Ayrshire council was requiring a coal mining risk assessment to be carried out.
In total, 11 parking spaces exist on the site, but the applicant wishes to increase them to 38.

Detailed plans show that a large garden center display will also marry the surrounding restaurant. The applicant authorized 76 seats in the new restaurant.
East Ayrshire planners will vote on the proposals at a later date.
